When can I go on an Inspection Trip?

The inspections trips are arranged around you. The trip is for a maximum of 3 or 4 nights to take place on dates that are convenient for you. We do ask that you are a little flexible to fit in with the airline departure/return dates.

All we ask is for you to provide a selection of dates when you would like to travel and we will then investigate departure/return times and hotel accommodation availability and get back to you. Only when you have confirmed you acceptance of the dates of travel will any monies be charged.

Where do you fly from?

We arrange flights from the nearest airport to you that we can. Not all airports have flights direct to Cyprus, but generally we use flights out of Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, Gatwick, and in some cases, Belfast. In certain circumstances, we will try and find an airport to fly from, closer to you, but cannot guarantee it.

How many can travel in the party?

The inspection trip is for a maximum of 2 people only and on which at least one of which is able to make a decision once there.

Is there a guide?

On arrival in Cyprus, there will be somebody to meet you at the airport. This person will be your guide throughout your stay, and will show you the areas of interest, and also properties in those areas that we can offer you, that are within your criteria.

Will I be under any pressure to buy?

None whatsoever. The idea of you taking the Inspection Trip is to look at property with a view of eventually purchasing, so primarily, that is what you will be doing. However, there will at no point, be any pressure to purchase. If you see something you like, and decide to go ahead with the purchase, it would have been your decision and your decision alone.

What if I decide not to buy?

No problem. Yes, we would like you to buy, and we hope you enjoy the trip and like what you see, but it doesn’t always work out like that. If you decide that Cyprus or our properties are NOT for you, this is fine. We would still thank you for the opportunity of letting us show you our properties.

Which area in Cyprus will I be taken to?

Polis and Polemi in Pafos. Plus other areas of Cyprus.
