Inspection Trip Terms and ConditionsPRINCIPAL INTERNATIONAL shall be referred to as ‘the company’ and any member travelling on the Viewing Trip shall be referred to as ‘the client’. Please read the following terms and conditions prior to booking a Viewing Trip. 1. The client is fully aware that this is a working visit to view selected properties with the company. 2. A maximum of 2 adult passengers are permitted per Viewing Trip. 3. Viewing Trips are normally booked for a maximum of four nights/ five days. 4. All Viewing Trip applications will be subject to qualification according to relative financial requirements and other criteria. 5. The cost of Viewing Trips is non–refundable unless otherwise stated. 6. Once the flight tickets have been booked changes of any kind to dates or names are prohibited without prior notice. Any unauthorised changes to issued tickets will result in the immediate cancellation of the inspection trip and the full cost of the inspection trip (flights, accommodation and transfers) will be charged to the client’s credit/debit card. 7. If a passenger chooses to cancel the Viewing Trip, or fails to catch the relevant flight for any reason, after the ticket has been issued, the passenger will be charged the balance of the flight cost, accommodation and transfer costs. 8. This offer includes return flights from the UK to your destination, subject to availability, airport transfers at your destination & hotel accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis. Clients will be booked into one double or one twin room; requests for 2 single rooms may incur an additional cost. The client will be required to provide credit/debit card details at the hotel to cover the costs of any extras (bar drinks etc), which are the client’s personal responsibility. 9. In certain circumstances travel arrangements may be delayed or cancelled for reasons beyond the company’s control. In this event, the company will inform the client of the situation and, if required, will use all reasonable endeavours to make alternative arrangements on behalf of the client. However the company shall not be held liable to the client in any way as a result of any losses suffered or expenses incurred by the client should this event occur. The client may have recourse to the relevant carrier, subject to its conditions of carriage and to any limitations of liability imposed by any relevant international convention. 10. The client must allow enough time for check in and pay attention to local airport directives. Principal International shall take no liability in the event of failure by the client to check in on time. 11. Clients are responsible for compliance with the respective immigration, passport and visa regulations. Advice will be given in these circumstances before hand. If your Passport is in its final year of validity, we would advise you to check with the relevant Embassy before booking your special promotional trip. 12. During the Viewing Trip the client will attend all the relevant and necessary viewings and appointments associated with purchasing properties from the company. Should the client not have legitimate intentions to attend the scheduled viewings, appointments and presentations organised by the company then the client will become liable for the full cost of the Viewing Trip including flights, transfers and accommodation. 13. It is essential that you have travel insurance cover and that it is adequate for your needs. You should ensure that any policy you arrange yourself provides a level of cover sufficient for your individual needs.
